V. Production Workflow
Lifting trolley feeding → Uncoiling → Film Laminating → Sheet Forming → Rockwool Feeding → Sheet Preheating → Glue Spraying → Double-Conveyor Composite Forming (Insulation) → Band Saw Cutting → High-Speed Roller Conveyor.
Product Features
High Degree of Automation. The machine employs a complete set of self-developed computer integrated control technologies, including CNC servo, frequency conversion vector, and hydraulic control. It implements combined distribution and overall integration of individual units, enabling centralized control and management. Automatic random-length cutting is adopted, keeping all functional units of the entire production line in a constant, uniform operational state, thereby achieving fully automated production.
High Production Efficiency. The production speed can reach 2–5 m/min (Infinitely adjustable based on panel forming requirements), with an annual production capacity of up to 600,000.00 square meters.
Easy Operation. Utilizing comprehensive computer integrated control technology and a human-machine interface (HMI), the operator simply inputs the required operational parameters for each functional section and the panel cut length (once all raw materials and production preparations are ready) to initiate automatic production.
Low Production Cost. With increased automation, the entire line requires only 8–10 operators to complete the entire production operation and maintain normal equipment operation. The high-efficiency production forming speed significantly reduces production management and labor costs.
