This production line adopts advanced domestic and international roll-forming technology, conveying technology, CNC servo control technology, variable frequency vector control technology, hydraulic control technology, and automatic stacking technology. High Degree of Automation: The machine utilizes a comprehensive set of self-developed computer-integrated control technologies, including CNC servo control, variable frequency vector control, and hydraulic control. It implements distributed integration and centralized control of all individual units, ensuring constant and uniform operation across all functional sections, thereby enabling fully automated production.

High Production Efficiency: The production speed can reach 3–8 m/min (infinitely adjustable based on panel forming requirements), with an annual production capacity of up to 800,000.00 square meters.

Easy Operation: Using comprehensive computer-integrated control technology and a human-machine interface (HMI), operators simply input the required operational parameters for each functional section and the panel cutting length (once all raw materials and production preparations are ready) to initiate automatic production.

Low Production Cost: With the high level of automation, the entire production line requires only 12–16 operators to complete the entire production process and maintain normal equipment operation. The high-efficiency production forming speed significantly reduces production management and labor costs.
